Neighborly Gardening

Yesterday while “consulting” with my first client (my mom), I discovered that green onions were growing in her backyard. After careful research of the land, I realized that the neighbor grows onions and that seeds must have blown over and started growing. (I read that the best way to start a new tree/plant is to just let seeds fall from the original tree/plant and let nature go from there.) I cooked the onion last night and it was a delicious addition to our pitas.
